We take the cycle paths and a short trail to Bowhill, then follow the road to Oaklands Farm where we pick up the path through to the Ettrick Valley. We then head towards Selkirk and take the gravel track through the Haining to Selkirk town centre where we stop for coffee at Peony Rose. We then take the back road out of Selkirk and onto Briglands, cross the A7, and continue to Sunderland Hall where we retrace our route back to Galashiels
