Meeting at the later start time of 0930 hours at the Heart of Hawick, you'll pedal out to Stobs and onwards to Cogsmill, taking a left at the top and onto Earlside. As you reach the Bonchester Road, take a left onto the Heights and then a right which will take you to Denholm. If you are ready for a cuppa and something to eat, the Cream Puff is an ideal spot. Once you're suitably refreshed, return to Hawick by Horsleyhill.
Please wear a helmet and gloves are advisable. Wear clothing for the weather and bring some water or anything you think you might need to keep your energy up. Please ensure your bike is in working order, your tyres are pumped up and you have spares or tools relevant to your bike. If you are using an e-bike, please ensure there is sufficient charge, and should you have a mechanical, you have a plan in place to get back to Hawick. Lights would also be a good idea.
As the weather changes with the seasons, please be mindful of road conditions.
Should the Cream Puff be closed for any reason, there is also the Cross Keys of the Denholm Meet :)
