Starting point

Wiltshire
SP1 3NR

Leaving Five Rivers along Hulse Road we take a right down Ashey Road then right again and wiggle our way behind the tennis courts and up the lanes to Devizes Road. A road bike isn't suitable for this bit so continue up to Devizes Road and stop to wait for us at INdia Avenue where we will appear from the track opposite. Up Devizes Road we venture into the Old Church Yard. Leaving it we wind our way through the residential streets, through Fuddlestone Red and onto the new ST Peter's estate. Crossing the Avenue up from Wilton we cycle round the new Cemetery - a very different place from the ole one. Leaving the Cemetery behiind,we cycle down Snakey and left along the oodford Valley to the Wheatsheaf for refreshments. The homeward journey can either be straight back down the woodford Valley and back past the bottom of Snakey, through past the camels and back to Five Rivers or the longer way, turning left out of the Wheatsheaf and returning via the Bridge and Salterton and Netton.
