About the group
R & R = Rides for Relaxation: Slow, gentle rides on as much traffic free routes as possible to enjoy wildlife & nature in a mindful way while being outdoors. This group rides out from Workington, Maryport, Allonby & Silloth. Each ride will be between 5 to 15 miles in length, with a café stop along the way. Meeting midweek, weekends and some evenings during Spring/Summer, that's April/May to end of August. Midweek only during Autumn, that's September to November & periodically through Winter which will be December through to March. Adults new to cycling are all welcome. Older adults with E-bikes especially welcomed.
