Led by experienced ride leaders, these rides are a great way to explore new places and to meet new people who enjoy cycling. They are suitable for all levels of experience, so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, you can find a ride that is right for you.

Come along and find out about our "cycling way" to naturally overcome depression!
A gentle, leisurely paced guided ride with like minded people from Workington Travelodge along the newly named Workington Line cycling path to Distingtons underpass tunnel and back.
This ride is especially designed for adult cyclists wishing to gain more confidence on two wheels.
This is to include our E-Bike riders with as always, a fully charged battery.
A near 100% traffic free cycle path ride.
We just need to negotiate the leisure centres car park, which will be managed for you.
We will be finishing our ride with a visit to Costa Coffee for hot drinks on our return to Workington.
Cake is also available if you feel like treating yourself.
A working Bike Bell is also a priority for this ride due to increased Dog walking activity along our route.
If traveling by car free parking is available at the Travelodges car park.
