About the group
A social cycling group for people of all abilities. The idea of the group is to encourage you to get cycling, increase your fitness level and make it a fun social event too. As much as possible most routes will be off road and manageable to all levels. We will plan to make at least one stop along each route for a break, so please bring any drink/snack you want. Although on some route there may be coffee shops available. Feel free to bring a friend and register them in the group, let's expand our social group and 'Let's get moving.' Electric bikes, mountain bikes and hybrids are maybe most suited to our routes
