Breeze Network Ceredigion

Welcome to Breeze! We are a group for women's only rides in Ceredigion. We put on a selection of bike rides ranging from 5 to 30 miles.

Our rides are designed for beginners through to experienced cyclists, depending on how many miles each ride is. We aim to advise the difficulty level on rides, so that potential participants can judge if it will meet their fitness level.

The purpose of this group is to encourage ladies to get out on the bike, make friends, chat, try out nice café stops, as well as get fit!

We cycle on the road mostly, but do use tracks and sometimes cycle paths. We aim to use less busy roads where possible. Rides will take place from mid Ceredigion, Aberaeron to Tregaron, with further rides in the Aberystwyth area, in the daytime, weekdays and weekends, with some summer rides weekday evenings.

The speed of our rides ranges from 9 to 12 mph, depending on terrain and climbs. Please be assured we never leave anyone behind and participants can walk steep climbs if necessary. We also welcome e-bikes.
