We will take the back road to Lampeter, heading towards Gogoyan Bridge and then onto Coxhead. At Coxhead, we will turn right and travel on the main road to Llanio, where we will turn left, proceeding to Stag's Head. From there we will turn right and head back to Tregaron. We may stop for refreshments whilst back in Tregaron.
