Beacon RCC Community Cycling Group

Beacon RCC is a friendly, local cycling group who welcome all levels of fitness and ability as well as families on a variety of rides. We cycle to get fit, keep fit, meet new friends and enjoy the social side. Led by friendly, experienced ride leaders we run short off road rides exploring the local area using cycle paths, canals etc to longer rides of up to 30 miles on quiet country lanes. Rides are mainly on a weekend, we do also occasionally ride during school holidays and on an evening, join the group to be notified of when rides are posted. Beacon RCC who run this community group are a long established cycling club based in South Birmingham who run many other aspects of cycling. There is coaching for children in the popular Beacon Cycling Academy, Time Trials, Touring, Cyclo-Cross and a vibrant Audax group. For the more experienced rider there are Tuesday evening club rides and the Sunday club rides with a variety of distances and paces. Please do join this group or get in touch to find out more.
