A scenic 10.6 mile route on the historic Grand Union Canal, starting and finishing in Brentford. Being a canal route means it's totally traffic-free and there are refreshment points at either end of the out-and-back route. The canal route itself is just a small part of the entire Grand Union Canal, this section dating back to 1805 when it was called the Grand Junction Canal, later forming part of the Grand Union Canal which stretches all the way to Birmingham.
