This is a "Couch to 20 Miles" series of rides for women who would like to cycle with Breeze but have never yet plucked up the courage or feel they are not fit enough to do so
All roads are quiet country lanes with very little traffic
We frequently stop for drinks and a breather
Please wear a helmet, and bring 2 spare inner tubes and a drink
We encourage you all the way to give you confidence in cycling and to enjoy the company of people who feel the same as you
