From the Racecourse, we head out across the Knavesmire to Bishopthorpe, Acaster, Appleton Roebuck to Tadcaster. Then north via Healaugh to Askham Richard and back to the start

A gentle ride west of York to Tadcaster and Askham Richard

On quiet country lanes with little traffic

Frequent stops for drinks and a breather, coffee and cake stop near the end

Please wear a helmet, bring 2 spare inner tubes and a pump to fit your bike, and cash/card for coffee
