WoW FITNESS RIDE (Wadborough loop) OUR THIRD FITNESS RIDE 2016. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE ROUTE (see attached map, note we will be meeting at the Retreat, Norton, NOT St Peters Garden centre). Please arrive at the Retreat at least 15 minutes before the start time. If arriving by car, please park in the car park behind the pub. We will ride out as a group to the start of the loop, and then aim to do 4-5 loops (conditions permitting!) aiming to gradually increase the pace after each lap. We will start off at 10-11mph on the first lap.
