WoW FITNESS RIDE (Tibberton loop) OUR SECOND FITNESS RIDE 2016. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE ROUTE (see attached map) We will be meeting at the Bridge Inn, TIbberton. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. If arriving by car, please park in the car park to the rear od the pub. We will then aim to do ~3 loops (conditions permitting!) aiming to gradually increase the pace after each lap. We will start off at 10-11mph on the first lap. Group riding etiquette focus will be:- Riding as a neat group Pointing out obstacles within a group Passing messages within a group This route has a few short climbs but is generally 'rolling'. .
