WOW Fitness Ride You MUST be comfortable riding on one of our group rides, before you join us. We will meet at the far right at the back of the car park. These rides are short loops of 4-5 miles and we will aim to start at a steady pace of 12-13mph and gradually get faster after each lap. Each rider is expected to know the route in case you fall off the back of the group. You will need to bring.
