We leave Barrow market place and head towards Barton, from Barton we will head up Horkstow road and down into the lower villages of Horkstow, Bonby etc until we reach Worlaby where we tackle the hill to Middlegate lane. Worlaby is your own personal challenge and it doesn't matter if you walk it because we will regroup at the top. From Middlegate lane we make our way back to Barrow via Burnham.
