Woodfield park

Heading off from the start following the Doncaster greenway heading towards Poppyfields woods in cantley then looping around to hayfield lakes via Yorkshire wildlife park. We then pass through Rossington small section of road then back on trails over the great Yorkshire way to Amazon lake’s following excellent tracks to the small village of wadworth . We then follow some newly formed infrastructure cycle paths to our cafe stop at woodfield park . The second part of our route takes us back to the start point taking the dearne valley trail superb route .

A scenic route along some lovely trails and glorious woodlands mainly all off road a few roads to encounter but very quiet. Some lovely views around the Amazon lakes stopping along the way at the walled garden cafe at woodfield park .

Mainly off road trails and woodland paths a few quiet lanes as well.

Stopping at woodfield park cafe . Every opportunity to stop to take pictures etc .

Helmets are advisable for this ride , bring along all the necessities to repair a puncture etc also bike lights are advisable on dull autumnal conditions, bike locks for cafe stop etc . A drink and snacks for the journey.
