We will be riding to the very popular cycling destination of Irlam Station. Our route will follow the Leeds Liverpool Canal onto the Leigh Branch to Astley. We leave the canal at Astley and take the very quiet country roads across Chat Moss to Irlam Station. We will return to Trencherfield Mill along the same route.

You will need appropriate clothing for the weather. Ideally you should bring cash or card if you intend to purchase refreshments, a spare inner tube, pump, basic tools and a puncture repair kit.
