A route North from Whitton Sports Centre through Coddenham, Stonham Aspel, and Mendlesham for a cafe stop at The Forge, Thornham Walks (bring card / cash for refreshments).

Return leg via Thorndon, Wetheringsett, and Henley.

Roads generally rural and quiet.

Expected pace 13/14 mph but we never leave anyone behind.

helmet strongly recommended! Bring spare inner tube, tyre levers and a pump (or alternative) for punctures, should they occur. Multi-tool also useful for running maintenance. Assistance given where possible.

Riders should carry a bike bottle for hydration during the ride and interim refueling snacks at their discretion.
