Northwest of Ipswich through Needham Market, up to Mendlesham Green, and across to Mickfield. Expect to stop for coffee at Woodfarm Barns. Then home via Crowfield and Henley.

We'll have a sociable ride at a reasonable pace for the slowest rider. Road bike essential. Expect around 13-14 mph average. Helmets strongly recommended. Bring a spare inner tube, pump and enough tools to repair a puncture if needs be. Help will be available if you aren’t confident doing this yourself. Don’t forget your water bottle.
