We ride almost entirely on quiet country lanes with little traffic. We do cross some main roads but we do that together, dismounting if necessary.
We'll stop for breathers along the way and also stop at Wistow where we can enjoy coffee (and cake!)
You must wear a helmet on this ride. It's also a good idea to bring a spare inner tube just in case. The weather forecast looks good but in the UK you can never be certain!
We ride at a gentle pace and never leave anyone to struggle on their own.
