Wandle Trail to Morden Hall Park and beyond....

This is a easy paced, flat ride along the WandleTrail, mainly on cyclepaths, following the river from Westcroft through to Morden Hall Park and beyond...
This week we'll go a little further, maybe to Earlsfield, maybe further on to Wimbledon Park - the distance will depend on how we progress. The maximum ride length will be 18 miles (9 each way).

There will be a mixture of roads and traffic free cycle paths, with a couple of short gravelly sections. We will take quieter roads wherever possible.

Please ensure that your bike is in good working order and remember to bring your helmet and a spare inner tube (tyre levers and pump too if you have them). You may also wish to bring a drink, snack, money/card, lock and hand sanitizer too.

The plan is for a cafe stop half way along the ride.

Covid-19: You should not attend this ride if you, or anyone in your household, has Covid-19 symptoms; if you are in the extremely clinically vulnerable category, or if you have been asked to stay home by the UK Government Test and Trace system. If you become unwell between booking the ride and the ride date, please remember to cancel your place so that it becomes available for another rider, as numbers are restricted. If you become unwell with Covid-19 in the days following the ride, or test positive, please contact the ride leader. There is no requirement to wear a face covering while riding, but you may do so if you wish.

We never leave anyone behind; the plan is to enjoy being out on our bikes as a group and have cake along the way.
