This is an undulating ride through the outskirts of Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and up the cycle path from Llantrisant to Pontypridd where we will stop for refreshments. We will always stop at the top of any hills to re group.
The way back will be the Taff trail back to Hayley Park.

A lovely route through the Vale to Forage Farm cafe and farm shop near Cowbridge. This is an undulating route through the pretty lanes of the Vale of Glamorgan

This ride is mostly on quiet country lanes with a couple of short sections on busier roads.

We will stop at Forage Farm for refreshments.

Please bring your helmet, spare inner tube / tools , a drink and a card or money if you wish to buy refreshments.

We never leave anyone behind
