Making the most of the good weather this week - join me for a ride over to Cardiff bay for a coffee stop and back to Wenvoe.
We will be cycling on mainly quiet lanes and the cycle track through Penarth then across the barrage. The ride is undulating and we will need to go at a reasonable pace as this is a morning ride.
We will stop at the coffee shop at Techniquest
Please bring your helmet, a spare tube and some money for a drink.
