We will cycle from Wenvoe through St Andrews, Dinas and across penarth. Down the zig zag and across the barrage. The route back will be the same.

Join me for a nice steady ride from Wenvoe across to Cardiff bay.

We will cycle on quiet roads and cycle track.

We will stop for a coffee and a chat at one of the cafes in Cardiff bay.

Please remember to bring a spare tube as winter riding is more prone to punctures.
