Wembley feeder to RideLondon Freecycle

This is a one-way feeder ride to Sunday's RideLondon Freecycle joining that ride around 10am at Piccadilly. This feeder route goes past Wembley Park station then heads towards the River Brent passing Stonebridge station and the Ace Cafe before joining the Grand Union canal heading towards Paddington. On leaving the canal we will head to Hyde Park then into Mayfair passing Grosvenor Square and Berkeley Square before arriving at Piccadilly to join the RideLondon Freecycle 7 mile clockwise circuit.

The route follows quiet roads and seggregated cycle paths and has a large section along the Grand Union canal where particular care will need to be exercised.

Children are welcome when accompanied by a riding adult.

All participants are expected to bring:
• A bike in good working order with tyres pumped to the correct pressure. Please conduct a pre-ride safety check on your bike.
• A cycle helmet.
• Carry at least a spare inner tube, pump and tyre levers.
• Dress for the expected damp weather.
• A drink as there is no refreshment stop.
