This will be a mid week ride. Distance and difficulty will be decided depending on riders ability

A mixture of traffic free cycle paths, major and minor roads

We will stop of for a breather and drinks somewhere along the route as and when needed. Please bring a drink as well as change to buy one if need be.

Please wear a helmet and bring suitable clothing for the weather forecast. Tools for minor mechanicals, such as puncture kit and pump.
