WD to Minet and Cranford Parks - Approx 15 Miles

This ride will start along the Grand Union Canal and then headoff along the Paddington Arm, til we reach Southall/Hayes. The cycle path is then shared with pedestrians until we reach minet park, we will probably cycle a couple of laps of the track before heading out of the park continuing off road until we reach the spooky and reportedly haunted woods of Cranford park. On leading out of the park along the river Crane we end up on a bit of quiet road cycling for about 4 miles. You will need hi vis clothing, lights and helmet for this rides.
