Please wear clothing to suit the weather conditions and bring a spare inner tube as this makes it easier than fixing a puncture if it happens. If you don't have a spare inner tube, Watford Cycle Hub sell them from £4.50 new.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order before the ride, especially that the tyres are pumped up and the brakes work! Watford Cycle Hub can check over your bike and we can pump up your tyres for you if you come in good time before the ride.

If your bike might need a little more TLC or hasn't been ridden for a while, you can always bring it in for a free assessment; we're Not-For-Profit and promise to give you an honest assessment and price if your bike needs fixing, fine tuning or a full service...
