A lovely circular ride out from Watford Cycle Hub along some of the prettiest country lanes on the verge of the Chilterns. Within just a couple of miles you will be in beautiful countryside taking in views of local villages. This 28 mile route is mainly on roads so road bikes are recommended. Perfect for a challenge and a blast of fresh air and there's the 'Ley Hill Big Dipper': a 13% descent followed immediately by a climb of similar gradient! :) This is a Challenging Category Route.

Please bring two spare inner tubes as it is easier to change an inner tube than fix a puncture if they happen. If you don't have a spare inner tubes, Watford Cycle Hub sell them from £4.50 new.

Please make sure your bike is in good working order before the ride.
If your bike might need a little TLC or hasn't been ridden for a while, you can always bring it in for a free assessment; we're Not-For-Profit and promise to give you an honest assessment and price if your bike needs fixing, fine tuning or a full service...
