Watford Cycle Hub to the Tea Room at Bricket Wood Station

Starting from the Watford Cycle Hub, this route goes to the pretty Tea Room at Bricket Wood Station. Toilets are available on site here, as well as a wide selection of home made cakes, hot and cold drinks and friendly service.

A mixture of on-road and offroad, using tarmac cycleways and shared paths. We shall be riding between 8-10mph.

Please bring a bike lock as the bike parking is on the station platform, out of view of the cafe.

On the way back please note we do have to cross one busy road via an overbridge so if you have a fear of heights or bridges please don't book on as there is no safe crossing point at ground level. Contact the Ride Leader if you have any questions.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear a helmet as the route goes through some bumpy terrain. Don't forget a drink and a snack, a spare inner tube or two, and some cash or a card for the cafe stop and in case of emergency.

Please arrive by 10:20am so we can run through a riders register and bike checks before we set off.
