ALWAYS wear a helmet and suitable riding gear for the conditions. Carry some water and snack, bring cash & card for the cafe's. We are a social group and we ride together. All riders are individually responsible for their own bike maintenance and own safety. If a rider gets a flat we will pause and help if needed, but you the rider, should ALWAYS carry tools & spares to repair a flat ! (tube, puncture kit, pump etc) Your bike should have a bell to warn other trail users of our approach, and when its wet weather Mudguards SHOULD be fitted to prevent spraying other riders.
