Undulating Evening Ride in the Vale

Starting outside Pedal Power near Sophia Gardens, we will head out onto the roads towards St Fagans and then escape into the lanes for some scenic cycling and a few ups and downs, doing a loop through Peterston-super-Ely, Pendoylan and Clawdd-Coch then head back into the centre of Cardiff via Pentrebane and past Llandaff Cathedral.

Remember to bring a drink, spare inner tube, check your bike over before coming, and always wear a helmet!
