TD7 5DN

We meet at Selkirk Leisure Centre and head out along the Yarrow Valley via the cycle way, Philiphaugh and Bowhill Estate. After Yarrow we start our climb of Witchieknowe and cross into the Ettrick Valley. From there through the pretty village of Ettrick Bridge and back to the Yarrow Valley via Bowhill Estate. We will stop at the Waterwheel cafe before returning to the starting point. https://www.strava.com/routes/3545706049046175248

A undulating route along the Yarrow and Ettrick Valleys

Mainly quiet roads, however there can be a fair bit of traffic as these are the main routes into Selkirk along both valleys.

We will have a cafe stop on our return to Selkirk

Helmets are essential for this ride. All e-bikes should be fully charged. You should have spare inner tubes/tubeless repair kits or have arrangements in place to be picked up. Please bring layers, waterproofs etc as it’s autumn in Scotland so who knows what the weather might bring. Snacks and plenty of water to drink.

We never leave anyone behind
