Up past the hospital to Stoke Common, Fulmer, Gerards X, down and up at Chalfont St. Peter, past Maple cross side streets through Rickmansworth to avoid the dual carriageway Ebury way (off road) to Watford. Same way back to Batchworth then up and over to Harefield down to Denham then Uxbridge/Cowley passing Iver/Richings park over the M4 to Colnbrook onto Datchet and ending in Windsor.

A hilly route to Watford and back with some sections of canal towpath

A mix of suburban streets, quiet country lanes, a couple of short stretches of main road and some hard packed off road

Stopping in Watford for R&R and poss another stop on the way home

Please bring a puncture repair kit/spare tube drinks and snacks for on the move. Money/cards to buy me a beer
