A longer but very flat ride. All tarmac - suitable for road bikes and hybrids. Leaving Messingham we head down to the River Trent and follow it North to cross at Keadby Bridge and then down the other side to a really nice coffee stop at Pantry 8020 in Misterton. Suitably refreshed, its on to re-cross the river at Gainsborough, then back up through Laughton Forest to Scotter and back to Messingham.

We would expect to average between 12 and 14 mph, depending on the groups abilities, but we never leave anyone behind!
