The route is a steady 13 mile loop from Horwich leisure centre up around Rivington with some spectacular views and local history. Mostly on off road tracks with some steep climbs, mud and fun. We can have a brew stop at the bottom barn before climbing back up and over back to the centre.

A steady mountain bike ride over mixed ground with great views and local history

A small amount of road but mostly off road tracks and bridleways with some steep climbs and descents.

A cafe stop at the bottom barn

Helmets are a must worn along with spare innertube and tool kit with appropriate clothing for the day. Although e-bikes are permitted they must be robust enough to withstand rough ground.
