Steady ride starting at the HSBC on the Bedford Road (A428) heading into Northampton, along to Sixfields and up to Upton, dropping down to Swan Valley and back along the tow paths, up through Brackmills, returning to the start.
Regular stops to regroup, we never leave anyone behind.
Bring your helmet, spare inner tube/repair kit and lights (shouldn't need them but best to be safe).
