from sherrington road this ride flows out of ipswich through bramford village then heads across country on quiet lanes and rural roads while taking advantage of local cycle routes, passing throughFlowton, Elmsett, rose green reaching brent eleigh and our destination cafe como, after some light refreshment and chat we will head back to ipswich through chelsworth, bildeston, nedging tye, offton, little blakenham and sproughton ending back at the library to finish this lovely rural route,
