Lovely ride up through Four Lanes, half a mile on Helston Road and then peel of to Praze and Carnell Green through to Trevaskis. After refreshments back through Barripper, Troon and Stithians Lake. Steady ride with the usual ups and downs and mainly secondary country roads.
