Tregaron to Strata Florida Abbey

From Tregaron, travel on the B Road to Pontrhydfendigaid, turning right once in the village. We will stop by the Abbey for refreshments and to take photos. Please bring any food and drink with you. We will then return back to Tregaron the same way.

Please wear a helmet and bright clothing, also please bring spare inner tubes and tools.

Meet outside the Talbot Pub in Tregaron. We will then proceed on the B4343 to Pontrhydfendigaid. Once in the village, we will turn right towards Strata Florida Abbey.

The road we are travelling isn't traffic free, but it isn't an overly busy road. We do regular shout outs to warn of traffic passing.

We will stop at Strata Florida Abbey for a break, please bring any refreshments with you.
