The car park is on the edge of the woods at the bottom of Sandall Beat Road. This car park is free and located 1000 metres from Doncaster Racecourse grandstand (on Leger Way). The postcode for Sandall Beat Road is DN2 6JP. Arrive before 950am for a prompt 10am departure. DN2 6JP

A fantastic route along the beautiful cycle paths, woodland trails and farmland trails. A few technical areas through the MTB woodland trails. Some quiet roads between the trails.
Our route starts at the Sandall Beat Wood car park and proceeds around the trails of the wood and heading to trails leading to red path south of Bessacarr then past Hatchell Wood to Branton Secret Garden Cafe. Our return trip takes us towards Armthorpe, Shaw Wood and back to the car park at Sandall Beat Wood.

Helmets are advisable for this ride. Bring cash/card for cafe, bike lock, tools and spares to repair a puncture etc. Most important is bring a spare inner tube and pump.

We never leave anyone behind. New riders to the group are very welcome.
