A nice social paced ride suitable for all types of bikes and riders

Mostly towpaths and traffic free routes, side streets and one stretch of main road

Stopping at the Fox at Hanwell and poss another at Longford or Colnbrook

Just yourselves and a bike in good working order. A puncture repair kit/spare tube would be a bonus and of course money/cards to buy me a beer
