About the route
Starting from Upton country Park carpark (NN54EN) we take the cannel towpath to Blisworth Arm then along quiet roads to Tifield, returning via Gayton, Kislingbury & dirt track back to Upton (14 miles). Gayton is just past half way and there's a pub if needed !
Not suitable for road bikes as one or two sections are rough.
This is not a fast paced ride, I don't attack hills I prefer a lower gear and a slower climb.
