Meeting at the main entrance gate to Langarth Park and Ride. It is on the Western side of Truro and and is off the A390 at Threemilestone. From the A30, take the Chiverton cross junction. Head towards Truro (A390) and follow the signs to Park and Ride. Parking is free here. TR4 9AN

Riding along the newly opened Saints trail. The route is on marked cycle trails and quiet roads. We will stop at a cafe halfway so bring some money for a cuppa and cake.

Do remember to bring your bike helmet and perhaps a warm top if you need one for the cafe stop as it will be outside.
