Starting from - We'll meet in the free Car Park off Marconi Way (road to the left of the Oystercatcher pub near Tesco's at Penarth Marina. The car park has a height limit, but there is also on road parking. The start point is very near Cogan train station (on the Barry line out of Cardiff). CF64 1ST

Easygoing and flat and hopefully not too much traffic on the brief section on road. I've allowed 2.5 hrs in total, but it could be quicker on the day.
