Starting from - The ride will start from Bryn Cegin Industrial Estate in Llandygai (LL57 4SS). Please note that entrance is via the cycle path from the small lane Lon Cefn Ty. There is no access from the A5 as the site is under partial development. Please see the map in the photos section. The meeting place is shown with a yellow star. Street parking is available as shown by the blue star. LL57 4YH

***This ride follows the coaching session in the Progressive Rider series***

It is along the new cycle path to Aber and on to Llanfairfechan and then back.

It is categorised as a steady ride as it is only 25km (15 miles) but it will be at an approx. pace of 23-25kph (14-15 mph) as it is fairly flat and will be a chance for us to put our speed and pace into action!

*The session is dependent on the weather forecast. We won’t ride in strong winds (20mph+) or if it is pouring with rain.

WHAT TO BRING:
A drink and snacks for the ride
Clothes suitable for the weather
A helmet
Repair kit and spare inner tube
Make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up before arriving on the ride
