Down through the priory over the A4 (lights) past the abbey along the jubilee for one section before going alongside the M4 to cross the thames into Fifield. Blackbird Lane to Drift Rd crossing Beenham's Heath before dropping down to WsL for our rest and refreshment stop. Return via White Waltham and Ockwells/Kimbers Lane through Bray back over the thames up Marsh Lane over the A4 (lights) then Institute, Eastfield and Stomp back to the park and our starting point.

A mix of suburban side streets, quiet country lanes and some traffic free routes

Stopping at The Bell Waltham St. Lawrence

Please bring a puncture repair kit/spare tube (I or others will help) drinks and pocket snacks for on the bike. Also money to buy me a beer
