From the golf course we head south to Wilden. Then wind our way into the Bedford suburbs of Putnoe and Castle. At the River Great Ouse we pick up the cycleway and head east to Great Barford. Finally we head north back to Colmworth and our cafe stop. 19 miles.

Colmworth Bell Ride - a ride previously posted but not actually ridden due to poor weather. So giving to another ring. Bell ride because the route id shaped like a hand bell.

Mainly quiet country lanes with some sections of suburban Bedford roads and long stretches of cycleways.

No stops planned but our cafe stop at Colmworth GC at the conclusion of the ride.

Please wear helmets and gloves. Wear bright and appropriate cycling clothing. Bring water. so pack puncture repair items and basic toolkit.
