TFCC - WD to Spelthorne Leisure Centre Approx 20 Miles

This ride takes place every Sunday (weather permitting) starting from West Drayton Train Station to Spelthorne Leisure Centre. The ride takes in the following sites - Stanwell Moor Sheep - Heathrow Conservation Area - Colnbrook Village - Hammondsworth Moor - Jacobs Nature Reserve - Milton's House and paths that you never knew existed. Majority of this route is off road, but there are parts that are unavoidably on the road, but usually fairly quiet on Sunday. We play Badminton for 2 hours 10am - 12pm which you are welcome to join in and play, we always have spare raquets, and we accept complete newbies to the group too. Or you can do any of the other activities at the sport centre, or just chill out at the cafe, shops, cycle further down the Thames for a bit of exploring. The ride leaves to back at midday from the bike racks at the leisure centre.
